Bunda Mayora, My Soul Teacher Among People of Conscience

Image

Celebrating small moments in healing, gratitude, and growth

Image
Kindness no needs to wait at all even in time of weakness and vulnerable. The day when we feel powerless, we realize that kindness is the only power we possess. I strongly remember that when I was a child, I never got celebrated. I am not talking about achievements or things like that. I am talking about little things, priceless ones that matter for me and leave marks in my heart. Thank you to Alex Elle that reminds me and us, "Make a habit out of celebrating the small moments in healing, gratitude, and growth." From now on I am taking care my inner child and my adult self. I know it's not too late because healing and building peace require endless efforts daily till last day of life. (Isti Toq'ah)

#Indonesia # rakyat #PSN # ProyekStrategisNasional PSN - Narasi TV

Vulnerability, Conscience, and Conscientiousness

Image
A yoga teacher and psychologist with birth name Richard Alpert, Ram Dass, reminded us that vulnerability supposed to not be labeled solely as weakness, yet as both strength and presence. He stated, "We often think that vulnerability is a kind of weakness, but there's a kind of vulnerability that is actually strength and presence." Moreover, this related to the two-sided life compass: conscience and consciousness. Wangari Maathai who fought for environment and political freedom in Kenya held tightly and never let go hope over fear. She voiced out that, "There comes a time when humanity is called to shift to a new level of consciousness, to reach a higher moral ground. A time when we have to shed our fear and give hope to each other." (Isti Toq'ah)
